Roles & Responsibilities:
- • Assist operation and project teams in Post Contract procurement activities.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal approvals and authorized signatures as per company policies.
- Run the Variation Order process as per the procedures.
- Facilitate Budget proposal request Process
- Maintain trackers for contractual data to ensure that accurate data is available for reporting and planning purposes.
- Ensure that all related Contract registers / VO registers / Budget request trackers are updated and readily available
Skills
Preference:
- 4 years’ experience in construction or facilities management projects
- Strong problem analysis, solving and research skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma and completed training in relevant aspects of mechanical or electrical assets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
