Finance Manager

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading Facilities Management company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability.

- Oversee and manage the daily financial operations of the company.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing arrangements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Utilize SAP to manage financial transactions, reporting, and data analysis.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.

Requirements- Proven experience in financial management within similar industry.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in using SAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
