Job Summary:The MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. The MEP Project Manager also oversees budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop MEP system designs that meet project requirements.

Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Develop and implement project plans, including procurement strategies.

Coordination:Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors and project teams.

Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.

Quality Control:Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems.

Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and codes.
