We are currently seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the Immigration Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates with specific experience in the Immigration Sector by using databases, social media, and other platforms
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications for Immigration related roles
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates with experience in the Immigration Sector
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate selection, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for the Immigration Sector
Skills
- Previous experience in hiring Immigration Consultants, Advisors, Lawyers, and Paralegals.
- Experience in the Dubai market is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in using recruitment software and tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Immigration Sector
