Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with community members across social media, forums, and other platforms.
- Support and curate relevant content to keep the community informed and engaged.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve community strategies.
- Support on development of FAQs & Fact sheets
- Monitor and manage potential issues within the social community
Skills
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in community management or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi or Urdu - both written and spoken will be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Knowledge of the industry or field relevant to the community.
- Experience with social media tools ( Sprout & Hootsuite )
- Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting
