Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sellers and service centers ensuring serviceability and enhancing the after-sales sellers, service centers, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams like Warranty, Logistics, Customer Service 
  • Attend all warranty claim-related complaints.
  • Calling sellers/service centers and customers.
  • Reporting and MIS of the task.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
