Sales Manager

  • Works closely with independent rep groups to drive sales, co-develop and implement marketing plans, and supports the technical training of all products.                        
  • Develops and implements sales strategies and programs. Budgets and plans for the use of promotional funds to optimize sales.         
  • Formulates sales objectives, policies, and procedures. Compiles and analyzes competitive sales information and recommends actions.        
  • Handles large and more complex accounts, and programs. Forecasts future sales in assigned product categories.
  • Build smart Sales Plans by account, by territory, by month, by quarter.          
  • Consistently achieve Sales Plan.          
  • Become account expert for designated Key Accounts - Develop strong understanding of key departments, players and systems on both sides of the business.         
  • Establish and foster strong business relationships with Key Accounts decision makers including the Executive Team.
  • Design and implement sales programs and develop strategies to optimize sales.            
  • Compile and analyze competitive sales information and recommend actions pertaining to new product development, product improvement, marketing, pricing, and distribution.         
  • Forecast sales in assigned product categories. Follow up on leads to maximize sales and implement programs.          
  • Motivate and inspire sales team.         
  • Negotiate agreements with the clients and develop new opportunities.
  • Maintain good customer relations. Develop new business from existing clients.
  • Identify new opportunities in the market.

  • Responsible for collection of his team members.
  • Responsible for reporting sales and collection results to monitor overall sales vs targets.
  • Monitor rentals and make sure expenses are still within budget approved.
  • To present regular market feedback and recommendation. Market feedback for the product movement and customer complaints or any information that would help in improving team performance. Monitor and report all competition activities. Recommend any business opportunity for a new product in the market.
  • Operate within the company's standards and procedures.


Skills

  • MBA/Master/Bachelor Degree
  • 12+ years’ experience             
  • Proven working experience in the pharmaceutical field in drug sales. 
  • English language, Arabic as a plus      
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM
  • UAE Driving License
  • Active listening
