Human Resource Specialist|人力資源專員

  1. Execute recruitment matters.
  2. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders, and understand business objectives as well as develop HR strategies that support these goals.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices to achieve business objectives.
  4. Handle basic personnel management for employees.
  5. Develop relevant programs within the organization to promote corporate culture and values.
  6. Develop and implement employee development plans, including but not limited to training and career development.
  7. Support KPI evaluation processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  8. Support the development and implementation of company-wide HR plans and initiatives.
  9. Use HR analytics to track key metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve HR practices.



【工作內容】 

  1. 執行人員招募、邀約、聯繫、任用
  2. 與部門主管和領導層合作,了解業務目標並制定支持這些目標的人力資源策略。 
  3. 提供有關人力資源最佳實務的見解和建議,以實現業務目標。 
  4. 負責員工進行基本人事管理。 
  5. 於組織內制定相關方案以推動企業文化與價值觀。 
  6. 制定並實施人才發展計劃,包括但不限於培訓、職業發展。
  7. 支援績效管理流程,包括目標設定、績效評估和發展計畫。 
  8. 支持全公司人力資源計畫和措施的製定和實施。 
  9. 使用人力資源分析來追蹤關鍵指標並提供數據見解以改善人力資源實踐。

Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in related fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.
  2. 3-5 years of administrative or recruitment experience preferred. Proficiency in creating presentations and reports, and experience in the software information industry is a plus.
  3. Proactive, high stress tolerance, strong learning ability, excellent communication and expression skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  4. Proficient in computer documentation, familiar with office software such as PPT, Excel, and Word.


【具備條件】 

  1. 大學及以上學歴,相關科系如:人力資源、企管、心理等相關系所畢業者佳。 
  2. 有3-5年行政或招募之工作經驗佳,擅長製作簡報及統整匯報,有軟體資訊業經驗尤佳。 
  3. 個性主動積極、抗壓性高、學習能力佳、有良好的溝通表達能力及團隊合作意識。 
  4. 擅長電腦文書操作,熟悉PPT、Excel、Word辦公室軟體。
