Roles & Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze existing policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Draft new policies and guides that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback on policies
- Ensure policies comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Identify potential risks and develop policies to mitigate them.
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure understanding and adherence to policies.
Skills

- A master’s degree or professional certification in policy development is a plus.
- Strong ability to analyze complex information and synthesize it into clear, actionable policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, law, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in policy development, writing, and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple policies and deadlines.
