Our client is a multidisciplinary team at a leading health care facility. They are looking to hire an experienced Bilingual Pediatrician (ICU and Rehabilitation) for their team in Al Ain.

Description
Patient Care: Provide expert pediatric care for children requiring long-term rehabilitation and intensive care, ensuring that all medical and developmental needs are met.Medical Management: Lead the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for pediatric patients in a long-term care environment. Manage complex medical conditions in collaboration with other health care professionals.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.Family Support: Provide guidance and education to families, helping them understand the rehabilitation process and supporting them through the child's recovery journey.Clinical Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of clinical practice, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in pediatric care, particularly in ICU and rehabilitation settings.Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and the overall care process.


Profile


Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics's.Valid UAE medical license or eligibility for licensure.Previous experience working within the UAE health care system.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pediatric setting, with at least 3 years in ICU/Rehabilitation.Proven experience in long-term care for pediatric patients is mandatory.Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Compassionate, patient-centred approach with a focus on holistic care.
