Sales Manager

 Job Overview:

Storm Land Petroleum Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead our sales efforts in the GCC market, focusing on growing revenue and market share in the Fuel sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven history of successful sales management, who can lead and motivate a team while maintaining strong client relationships.

 Key Responsibilities:

  - Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals in the GCC market.

  - Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve sales targets.

  - Find new business opportunities and develop plans to increase market share and revenue.

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the GCC region.

  - Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to find ways to grow and improve sales.

  - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure everyone is aligned and sales strategies are effectively executed.

  - Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.

  - Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics in the Fuel sector within the GCC.

  - Make sure all sales activities follow company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.


Skills

Qualifications:

  - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  - At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the Fuel industry, specifically in the GCC market.

  - Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a successful sales team.

  - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  - Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and turn insights into actionable plans.

  - Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.

  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  - Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages spoken in the GCC region is an advantage.

   - Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the GCC countries as needed.
