What you will do:-
Description of Accountability:
- Trouble shooting and repair of ACs(window a/c and split a/c),home appliance like Washing machines, Refrigerators, Cooking Ranges etc. Repair and making carpentry works.
- Meet the KPIs as applicable from time to time
- Installation of window and split A/Cs.
- Achieve and/or exceed the budgeted revenue / GM
- Professional communication with customer regarding ‘repair-specific information” and educate them further on the usability and increased utility value of the product so as to “engage the customer” in the long run.
- Shall be required to field / on-site/ projects requirement / transferable.
- Should be ready to learn cross function experience (ex. AV, Mobile, Nokia etc)

What equips you for the role:
- Diploma/ ITI with similar experience
- Minimum 2 years in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning/ or 2 – 3 year work experience in the similar field.
- AC/HA Repair and Installation experience.
