Position: House Manager

Location: Al Khawaneej

Salary: Starting at 5,000 AED per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized female House Manager (in-house position) to oversee the smooth running of our household. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of the home environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Grocery Forecast and Shopping: Manage grocery needs by forecasting requirements and performing shopping duties as needed.

2. Maid Management: Oversee and manage the housemaids, including training them in cleaning and washing protocols, organizing their daily schedules, ensuring breaks are provided, and serving as the intermediary between Madam and the maids.

3. Packing and Clothes Storage: Assist Madam with packing bags, organizing clothes storage, and other related tasks as necessary.

4. Event Management: Take charge of arranging and organizing everything required for any parties or special events held at the residence.

Skills

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.

2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

3. Ability to communicate effectively and manage a team.

4. High level of discretion and integrity.
