Partner and Customer Relations Manager

Due to the active development of the partner network and the expansion of the list of services provided, we are looking for a Partner and Customer Relations Manager to join our team.

 

What to do:

 

• Attracting new partners and clients for the company, establishing and developing long-term business relationships

• Conducting presentations of the company’s services, preparing commercial proposals

• Conducting negotiations and concluding agreements with partners on mutually beneficial terms.

• Development and implementation of special offers and promotions for partners and clients aimed at increasing sales and improving customer experience.

• Organization and participation in marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new customers.

• Analysis of the market, competitive environment and customer needs to develop a strategy for attracting partners and customers.

• Keeping reports on the work done, signing acts with partners

Skills

We expect you to have:

 

• Experience working with partners or in direct sales from 1 year (experience in a similar field or in the Real Estate market will be an advantage)

• High communication skills and ability to negotiate at the level of decision makers

• Active life position and high result orientation

• Ability to implement successful strategies to attract new clients.

• High analytical skills and ability to develop proposals based on the needs of clients and partners.

• Experience with CRM systems for database maintenance and reporting.

• Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages ​​will be an advantage).

• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with various departments of the company.
