Description
Lead the development and implementation of the section's strategy, objectives, policies, and operational plans.Assess incoming service requests from government entities, ensuring their feasibility and alignment with organisational goals.Oversee the execution of service delivery engagements, ensuring they meet established timelines and objectives.Lead organisational design consultations, supporting entity structure redesigns and policy alignment.Lead the development and management of the section's workforce, ensuring their performance and professional growth.
Profile
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field as a minimum, Masters Degree is highly preferred.Professional certifications in program management, organisational design, or related areas.Extensive experience in service planning and delivery within complex organisational settings such as a large holding group, or a shared services function.Experience in developing and implementing classification systems or taxonomies.Proficiency in Arabic would be highly advantageous.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Overall of at least 8 years of work experience.
