Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Photographer/Videographer who can capture and produce high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate photography and videography, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to showcase properties in their best light.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and surrounding areas.
- Edit and enhance images and videos to create compelling visual content for listings, marketing materials, and social media.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to understand project requirements and deliver assets that meet their needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in real estate photography and videography.
- Utilize drones and other advanced equipment as required to capture aerial shots and unique perspectives.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and effectively highlights property features.
- Manage and organize a digital library of media assets for easy access and retrieval.
- Perform various tasks and responsibilities as directed by management to support team objectives.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate work.
- Proficiency in using professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and video recording tools.
- Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, composition, and lighting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with drone operation and aerial photography is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
