**MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE**
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper/Accountant with a strong background in real estate to manage our financial records and ensure the smooth operation of our accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, property management, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Manage property-related financials, including rent collections, operating expenses, and maintenance costs.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and real estate industry standards.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for real estate projects and property management.
- Various tasks and responsibilities as directed by management to support team objectives.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, specifically in the real estate sector.
- Proven experience with real estate financials.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and real estate practices.
- Fluency in English
