Industrial Engineer

The Industrial Refrigeration Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying and securing sales opportunities for industrial refrigeration systems. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their needs, providing technical expertise, and delivering tailored solutions. The Sales Engineer acts as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring that the refrigeration systems meet the specific requirements of various industries, such as food processing, cold storage, and pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in the industrial refrigeration market.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients, explaining the features and benefits of refrigeration systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and ensure the correct installation and operation of refrigeration systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with customer expectations and timelines.
