  • Interacting with users taking new request Preparing FRD etc.
  • Testing new and existing processes
  • Impart Training to End Users
  • Resolving issues and monitoring ongoing tickets.

Skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations Projects Sales  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application
  • 3 - 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years relative to the responsibilities outlined above.
