Service Performance Manager - Abu Dhabi Based



You will be overseeing responsible for the development and implementation of Service monitoring frameworks to ensure the department provides efficient services to an influential group of entities in Abu Dhabi.

Description
Lead the development and implementation of performance objectives and ensure effective delivery.Develop and implement service monitoring frameworks with KPIs and customer feedback mechanisms.Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness against SLAs and quality standards.Measure and improve service delivery efficiency and effectiveness using data analytics.Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in service delivery processes.Lead efforts to enhance service quality and address performance gaps.


Profile
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field as a minimum, Masters Degree is highly preferred.Professional certifications in program management, organisational design, or related areas.Extensive experience in service performance and quality assurance within complex organisational settings such as a large holding group, or a shared services function.Proven track record of improving service delivery.Proficiency in Arabic would be highly advantageous.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Overall of at least 5-7 years of work experience.Must be able to be based in Abu Dhabi.
