We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & Printing Machine Operator to join our team inside Mirdif City Center. This unique role involves both designing and operating printing machines with a focus on personalizing a wide range of products for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

 - Design custom graphics for product personalization, including t-shirts, mugs, phone cases, bags, and more.

 - Collaborate with customers to understand their personalization needs and create designs that exceed their expectations.

 - Prepare and adjust designs to ensure they are print-ready and meet production specifications.

 - Stay updated on design trends, especially in personalized products, to offer fresh and innovative ideas.

- Machine Operation:

 - Set up, operate, and maintain printing machines (e.g., digital, sublimation, and heat press) within the mall kiosk/store.

 - Personalize a variety of products with customer-specific designs, ensuring high-quality output and customer satisfaction.

 - Setting the embroidery machine to read the customers' designs

 - Manage inventory of printing supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

 - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process to minimize downtime.

 - Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the personalization process and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and printing operations.

- Proficiency in CorelDraw and other graphic design softwares.

- Familiarity with various printing technologies and machinery, especially those used in product personalization.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a retail environment.

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage customer orders efficiently.
