Senior Property Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, advising on property investments, and achieving sales targets


Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with the potential clients, understanding their unique preferences, requirements, and lifestyle needs.
  2. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters, utilizing various channels including digital marketing, social media, and print media.
  3. Conduct thorough property evaluations to determine market value, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning for luxury properties.
  4. Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients, providing detailed information about the features, amenities, and benefits of the  properties.
  5. Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing value for both buyers and sellers.
  6. Stay updated on market trends, real estate developments, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
  7. Oversee the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all legal and contractual requirements are met with accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Proactively network with industry professionals, affluent individuals, and property developers to expand the client base and generate leads.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the real estate transaction, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  10. Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to luxury real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car.(Optional)
  • RERA certification is a plus.
