Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

Sales Volume:

Ø Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Ø Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs in the last mile delivery sector.

Ø Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Ø Strive to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Ø Ensure to convert your portfolio to our clients

Ø Lead and oversee the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ø Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem resolution, and personalized service.

Ø Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Ø Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Ø Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

Company Sales and Prospecting Systems:

Ø Adhere to the company's established sales and prospecting systems.

Ø Achieve or exceed targets for the number of prospects logged, contributing to the expansion of the customer/prospect base.

Ø Utilize CRM tools and other sales technologies to efficiently manage and track sales activities.

Improvement and Upgrading:

Ø Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and customer handling skills.
