Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and targeting potential clients to build and grow the business.

2. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with governmental entities and private firms.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed

flawlessly.

4. Represent company in meetings with potential partners and clients as per need of business.

5. Preparing commercial proposals as per project demand.

6. Understanding customer needs and uncovering growth potential.

7. Implementing effective closing strategies for acquisitions.

8. Facilitating contract negotiations and integration with our operations.

Skills

Skills Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field like Sales/Marketing/Business Development is preferred.

2. Minimum 5+ years of UAE/Local Business Development/Sales experience is preferred.

3. Proven track record in business development and client acquisition is required.

4. Experience to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

5. Excellent command of spoken and written English.

6. Strong negotiation skills and self-motivation.

7. Being open to travel within UAE for business development meetings.

8. Valid UAE Driver's License is preferred.
