Job Description
Hiring Site Office Administrator immediately for our Construction Division. Ideal candidate must have previous experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining and updating information and records such as site registers.
-Following up the attendance on daily basis.
-Dealing with queries, complaints and requests for the site staff and coordinating with the Head Office.
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
-Supporting site management with day-to-day site activities.
-All other administration task assigned by the PM
