Sales Executive

Sales & Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the marble and granite industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
  • Conducted product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of marble and granite products, including types, qualities, and applications.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive products.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and preferences.

Sales Strategy & Reporting:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Track and report on market conditions and competitor activities.

Order Management:

  • Coordinate with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage order processing, including handling quotes, invoices, and contracts.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure product availability meets customer demand.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the import/export department to manage international sales and compliance.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote the company and its products.


Skills

  • In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
  • Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
