Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Person to join our vibrant automobile showroom in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for automobiles, and a deep understanding of the UAE market.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, effectively promoting and selling a wide range of automobile models.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support.

Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive sales.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in automobile sales.

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Valid UAE residence visa and driving license.
