Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the nail salon, ensuring the highest level of service and client satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of skilled nail technicians and support staff.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, increase customer retention, and meet business goals.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure all products and tools meet safety and hygiene standards.
- Create staff schedules, monitor performance, and provide ongoing training and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the salon maintains a clean, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote salon services, special offers, and events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar managerial role within the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of nail care services, products, and industry trends.
- Ability to handle financial management, including budgeting and inventory control.
