Credit Card Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to promote and sell credit card products.
  • Understand customer needs and provide detailed information on credit card features, benefits, and terms.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card products, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process credit card applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns and provide post-sales support as needed.
  • Participate in sales events, promotions, and community outreach activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product needs, and market trends.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or retail banking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
