- Quantity take-off, subcontract verification and assisting QS Manager where required.
- Payment preparation, variation order, submittal and follow up.
- Material usage statistical analysis.
- Compilation of material information supplied by subcontractors and suppliers.
- Preparation and submittal of Material Approval Requests including following up with the consultant Engineer to secure approval.
- Subcontractor payment and variation preparation.
- Measuring quantities related to approved drawings, documents and comparing with contracts.
- Measuring repair costs for defective/repeated/replaced/unused etc. works or materials in coordination with PQM.
Skills
Requirements:
Education - Degree or Diploma in Civil / Architecture / QS.
Experience - 3+ years experience with building contracting companies preferable in GCC countries.
