Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective sales campaigns.
  • Ensure the sales team complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
