About this job:


  • Along with the Procurement Officer, the Store Keeper supervise material receipt from vendors, ensuring safe unloading and placement in assigned storage location
  • Maintains minimum number of stock items in store and updates Procurement Officer when stock items falls below required number
  • Enter LPO on projects cost sheet for projects
  • Tracking of invoices
  • Issue material from store against signed and approved Material Request Form as per Procurement Officer advise.
  • Issue delivery note and coordinate with logistics for delivery of material to sites
  • Follow up on delivery note to ensure store copy is sent back signed by the site supervisor and update stock list accordingly
  • Update Allocation Sheet of material delivered per project
  • Maintain accurate store filing system and records
  • Issue uniform to employees and maintain an updated report with the Name of the employee and date of issue, number of items issued etc…
  • Maintain good housekeeping in store area and check condition of stored items continuously, especially chemicals and other hazardous material
  • Maintain healthy & safe environment at the workplace.
  • Follow the rules and regulation according to the company policy.

Qualifications:

Diploma

Min. 2 years’ experience in similar field.
