Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rhythmic gymnastics techniques, choreography, and music composition, along with a passion for teaching and inspiring young athletes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of recreational and competitive gymnasts.
  2. Provide instruction on rhythmic gymnastics techniques, including body movement, apparatus handling, and dance elements.
  3. Lead choreography sessions to create captivating routines that showcase gymnasts' skills and personalities.
  4. Collaborate with gymnasts to select music and create custom mixes that complement their routines.
  5. Conduct regular assessments to track progress and adjust training plans as needed.
  6. Coach gymnasts during competitions, providing guidance and support to help them perform at their best.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive training environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
  8. Communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents, and club management regarding training schedules, progress reports, and upcoming events.
  9. Stay current with developments in rhythmic gymnastics coaching techniques, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience coaching rhythmic gymnastics at the recreational and competitive levels.
  2. Ability to create engaging and innovative training programs that cater to gymnasts of all skill levels and ages.
  3. Proficiency in choreography, including the ability to create original routines and adapt existing ones to fit gymnasts' abilities.
  4. Experience in music composition or selection, with the ability to create custom mixes for gymnastics routines.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire gymnasts.
  6. Certification from a recognized gymnastics coaching organization (e.g., USAG, FIG).
  7. Knowledge of injury prevention techniques and first aid/CPR certification.
  8. Passion for working with children and helping them develop both athletically and personally.

Preferred Qualifications:
