We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management and a passion for ensuring workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions
• Provide HSE training and education to employees
• Manage emergency response plans
• Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations, codes, and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address HSE risks
• Prepare and submit HSE reports

Skills

• Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in HSE management in the electromechanical/solar industry
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, codes, and standards
• Excellent risk management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Experience working in the UAE or the Middle East is a plus
