We oversee and coordinate all aspects of the project, including managing designers, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing, and coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring the successful execution of high-end residential projects.

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in the design and execution of high-end villa projects.
• Extensive background within Fitouts, renowned design studios or consulting firms, including but not limited to XBD, WhiteSPace, LW Architects, NAGA, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in creating submittals and managing document control
• Ability to lead and coordinate with diverse teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities
