The Off Plan Specialist plays a crucial role in the real estate sector, particularly in Dubai, where off-plan properties are a significant part of the market. This position involves working closely with clients to guide them through the purchasing process of properties that are still under construction or in the planning phase. The Off Plan Specialist must possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and developers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate and have a knack for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in understanding the benefits and risks of purchasing off-plan properties.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential off-plan projects and investment opportunities.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with developers to stay updated on upcoming projects.
  4. Prepare and present detailed property reports and investment analysis to clients.
  5. Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to secure favorable deals.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying process.
  8. Stay informed about market trends and changes in regulations affecting off-plan properties.
  9. Organize and conduct property viewings and promotional events.
  10. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting off-plan properties.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven sales experience in the real estate sector.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software and real estate platforms.
  6. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its regulations.
  7. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  8. Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
  9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  10. Enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for real estate.


Salary: Upto AED.8000 / High commission
