  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payment, including salaries, wages and deductions, in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborating closely with HR Manager.
  • Will contribute to the implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures, and provide comprehensive assistance in resolving any queries or concerns related to payroll of employees.
  • Keeps the employee records up to date and accurate.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR Policies and procedures.
  • Handles general HR Inquiries and provide support to emplooyees regarding HR related matters.


Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Payroll Officer.
  • Knowledgeable on UAE Labor Laws.
  • Robust analytical skills for comprehending and interpreting intricate data, identifying discrepancies and efficiently resolving payroll-related challenges, with the capacity to produce comprehensive reports for management assessment.
  • Familiarity of HRIS Software and Oracle.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handles sensitive information well.
