Carrying out cleaning activities for maintaining guest rooms and other tasks to ensure cleanliness.
Evaluate the cleaning supplies, room maintenance guidelines, and customer comfort levels and inform any complications to the supervisor.
Focus on all areas relating to customer comfort to ensure they have a hassle-free stay and report any problems to the team leader.
