Job Opportunity: Sales Operations / Sales Support / Customer Service Specialist

We are a leading company specializing in innovative adhesive tape solutions and are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to our sales team and manage customer service and sales operations with a focus on excellence and efficiency.
• Utilize CRM software to maintain and enhance customer relationships, create and follow up on project pipelines, and coordinate related activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE in a sales operations, sales support or customer service role.
• UAE driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency in CRM softwares is essential.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic or other languages being a plus.
• Experience in specialty chemicals, adhesives, tapes, or fields such as construction, facades and aluminum, or water tanks is a plus, but not mandatory.
