Job Description:

Jumeirah Hotels is seeking a professional and experienced Spa Therapist to enhance the guest experience at their luxurious facilities. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services, ensuring a memorable and rejuvenating experience for each guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments, in accordance with Jumeirah Hotels’ standards.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for all guests.
• Stay updated with the latest spa techniques and trends to continuously enhance service quality.
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a reputable spa or hotel environment in UAE.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in spa therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
