Position Summary
Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customer’s purchases. Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
Key responsibilities Area:
- Provides services to customers for employment visa and residency for domestic helper.
- Respond to customer inquiries in accordance with approved service indicators.
- Actively participate in the development of the service delivery process and propose new solutions for the development of services.
- Compliance with performance indicators set by the ministry
- Follow-up printing transactions in accordance with the procedure guide.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the work
- Any other tasks assigned to them by the relevant tools in accordance with his functional functions.
Skills
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- With Tadbeer experience as Data Entry – minimum 1 year
- Customer service experience in MOHRE transaction – minimum 1 year
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft office.
- Can understand and speak English.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Good typing speed.
- Organization skills.
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to handle customers and understand their needs.
- Pleasing personality and positive outlook.
- Willing to learn new techniques/training to improve the work.
