We are seeking an experienced Amazon Specialist to join our team. This role is for a self-motivated individual with expertise in managing multiple Amazon seller accounts and driving e-commerce sales through strategic actions. In addition to handling our Amazon accounts, you will also manage our e-commerce store to boost online revenue. Only apply if you have relevant experience with Amazon and e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize several Amazon seller accounts to increase sales and improve performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product listings, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates on Amazon.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as account health, sales, customer feedback, and returns.
- Handle promotions, PPC advertising, and campaigns within the Amazon platform to maximize visibility.
- Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and product launches.
- Oversee our e-commerce website, ensuring smooth operations, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance across Amazon and our e-commerce store.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s latest policies, trends, and best practices to maintain compliance and leverage new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts and driving online sales.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, product listing optimization, FBA, and advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and experience managing an online store.
- Ability to work independently, with no need for training.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
