Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
  • Research and identify potential clients and markets.
  • Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on performance and market feedback.
  • Market and Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
