Digital Service Officer

Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Support Digital services and other bank Solutions from IT perspective. Responsible for managing, customizing, providing solutions related to Digital services from IT perspective Perform System analysis.

  • Implement System/ Software Development Life Cycle in his/ her related field.

  • Maintenance, Modification, and enhancements to the current systems

  • Follow-up On business needs.

  • Follow Up the testing for any new requirements.

  • Cover and help with any request from the Business side.

  • Can support existing problems on both test and production sides.

  • Receive and close Incidents related to the Digital services.

  • Perform work as per IT Policies and Procedures.

Education:


  • Minimum Bachelor Graduate degree in

  • Computer Science (CS)/ Software engineering (SE)/Computer Information

  • Systems (CIS) from a recognized University

  • Experience: 2-6 Years Experience.

Requirements:


  • Good Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows/AIX/Linux

  • Good Knowledge of Digital services such as (Mobile banking /Efwatercom / CLIQ “Instant payment” ).

  • Good Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL databases

  • Good Knowledge of integration concepts and methods

  • Good skills in Java /.Net/JSP/JavaScript.

  • Good knowledge of programming & software development life cycle.

  • Good Communication Skills - both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of banking concepts and ATM is a plus.

  • Very Good in English.

  • Good team player.
