Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the fastest growing insurance companies in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Recovery Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a background in finance or accounting, and experience in recovery processes within the insurance industry. This role focuses on recovering outstanding debts, over-payments, and fraudulent claims while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
-     Manage the recovery of unpaid claims, over-payments, and mis-payments in a timely manner
-     Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and claims departments, to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
-     Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and potential recovery opportunities.
-     Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the recovery process.
-     Communicate with clients, policyholders, and third-party providers to resolve disputes and recover funds.
-     Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations, company policies, and insurance industry standards.
-     Prepare regular reports and updates on recovery activities and outcomes.



Requirements-     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
-     Proven experience in finance recovery, debt collection, or a similar role within the insurance industry
-     Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-     Knowledge of insurance claims processes and financial regulations.
-     Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-     Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
-     Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Skills

- Insurance qualifications such as FIII or ACII are mandatory.
