Develop and implement comprehensive digital governance frameworks that align with organisational goals and industry standardsOversee the design and execution of cybersecurity strategies to protect organisational assets and dataLead the implementation of risk management, compliance and policy frameworks within digital projectsManage cross-functional teams and oversee multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectivesCollaborate with senior management and stakeholders to present programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectivesDefine and oversee digital policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with data governance and privacy laws


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a relevant discipline is a plus15+ years of experience in digital governance, IT governance, and cybersecurityProven track record in managing digital transformation initiatives and governance frameworks implementationExtensive experience in risk management, compliance, or policy frameworks in digital projectsStrong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, QMS, ISO 20000, ISO 27001)In-depth knowledge of data governance, privacy laws, and cybersecurity standardsExcellent stakeholder management skills with a history of successful collaboration and presentation to senior managementProven capability to manage complex projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment alongside expertise in change management to facilitate organisational transformation
