Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Networking: Identify potential clients through active networking, referrals, and other business development strategies.

Client Relations: Build a strong client base and maintain long-lasting relationships by understanding and meeting their property needs.

Market Expertise: Stay informed on real estate trends in the UAE, particularly in Dubai, and provide clients with up-to-date market information.

Project Recommendations: Qualify clients and recommend suitable projects tailored to their specific criteria.

Property Viewings: Organise and conduct property viewings, guiding clients through every step of the buying, selling, or renting process.

Negotiation & Doentation: Negotiate deals and manage all necessary paperwork to ensure smooth transactions.

CRM Management: Keep client information and interactions updated in the CRM system.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with developers and stakeholders, offering ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
