Charterhouse is currently working with an international professional services organisation to assist in their search for a HR Business Partner to join their Dubai Office.
About the role
The HRBP will be working closely with the Executive Director, to develop HR Processes, implement initiatives, develop company policies and procedures, ensuring the business is compliant with UAE Labor Law, manage the full employee lifecycle, accountable for all HR operations.
The HRBP will also handle performance management, staff appraisals, performance reviews and lead talent management and retention by recommending best-practice workplace initiatives.
About you
To be a successful applicant for this role, our client requires someone who has the experience and ability to handle a 360 HR role, developing the HR Function to meet the organisations goals and contribute to business growth, whilst managing the operational needs. This role will be the main point of contact for all employees within the UAE.
The successful candidate should have a Degree within HR or a similar field with 5+ Year experience working within this sector along with excellent knowledge of the UAE Labor Law. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team is essential along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for HR and in particular, employee development. It will be an advantage if the candidate has an interest in tourism, aviation or engineering services.
