Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tire Sales Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, advising them on Tire options, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting the right Tires for their vehicles.
• Provide expert advice on Tire features, benefits, and maintenance.
• Manage sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Conduct tyre inspections and recommend appropriate services or products.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current promotions, offers, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the service team to schedule Tire fitting and other related services.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Keep the sales area organized, clean, and well-stocked with promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of UAE experience in Tire sales, automotive service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles and Tire specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
