A Heavy Machinery & spare parts trading company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our operations team. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, data processing, and communication support to ensure our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager depends on the ongoing projects and tasks at hand;
- Assist in data processing and basic file preparations;
- Assist with company's administrative tasks when necessary;
- Help maintain and organize documentation;
- Participate in team meetings and take minutes as needed.
**Important details**:
- Immediate hire;
- Location - Dubai South (you must manage your commute to and from the office, Public transport options are available;
- Working hours - 8am to 5 pm without obligation to be on call outside working hours;
- Weekends off - 2 days per week + Public Holidays;
- 30 days paid leave per year;

Skills
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor degree is preferred, regardless of the industry / major;
- Proficient clearly spoken english and business correspondence english are mandatory;
- Experience in an administrative or support role is preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with data analysis tools - mandatory;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Ability to listen and follow instructions and guidelines without fail;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
